Each Novavia account is personal. You may only create and maintain one account, and each account may only be used by one individual. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, or a single account used by multiple people, we may suspend or merge the accounts without notice.

By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, analyse, and display your content to operate, provide, and improve the Services — including matching you with opportunities and sharing your profile with recruiters as described in Section 5.
Your profile is the foundation of everything Novavia does for you. The information you provide must be truthful and represent your genuine experience. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, work history, or professional achievements.
We may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from user content to improve our algorithms, develop features, and conduct research. Individual profiles are never shared for these purposes.

By using Novavia, you consent to your profile information being shared with recruiters and employers. Your profile — including your name, professional summary, skills, experience, and education — may be searched and viewed by recruiters and employers looking for candidates with your qualifications.
Users on a paid plan may adjust their recruiter visibility preferences from their account settings. Free-tier users consent to recruiter visibility as a condition of using the Services. If you are on the free tier and do not wish for your profile to be visible, you should not use Novavia.

Novavia uses artificial intelligence to help you articulate your experience, tailor your CV, and discover opportunities. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or phrasing that does not perfectly reflect your experience.
You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all AI-generated content before using it. We are not liable for errors in content you choose to submit to employers or other parties.
Your interactions with our AI features may be used to improve the quality of our services.

The Novavia name, logo, software, design, and related materials are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and service providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novavia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Novavia in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Novavia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or content you submit to the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novavia. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms to another person.
